Multi-Food is seeking to hire a “Personal Assistant” to join us immediately with these criteria:
Duties:
• Greet visitors in a professional manner
• Handling incoming calls and other communications.
• Organize & prepare Travel arrangement air, hotels, transportation in addition to financial and administrative arrangements.
• Assist in the preparation of regularly schedule reports.
• Organizing meetings and appointments.
• Take notes and write minutes during meetings.
•
Requirements
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative or clerical role
• Perfect command of spoken and written English and Arabic
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certificate.
• Previous experience in coordinating travel booking, Hotel accommodation and transportation is A MUST
• Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
