About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of payroll experience and hands-on expertise in using the HITS System. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while complying with company policies and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process employee payrolls accurately and on time using the HITS system.
• Maintain and update payroll records, including employee attendance, overtime, deductions, and bonuses.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries regarding salaries, deductions, and benefits.
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports for management and auditing purposes.
• Collaborate with the HR and finance teams to ensure seamless data flow and consistency.
• Keep up-to-date with payroll trends, tax changes, and software updates.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in payroll processing.
• Proficiency in HITS Payroll System is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
