Payroll Specialist
-Responsibilities:
1- Collect daily, weekly or monthly timesheets
2- Calculate bonuses and allowances
3- Prepare employees’ compensation by the end of each month using payroll software
4- Schedule bank payments or hand out paychecks directly to employees
5- Distribute payment statements and gather signed receipts (digital or paper)
6- Report on payroll expenses
7- Ensure wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations
8- Answer questions about compensation, benefits, taxes and insurance deductions
9- Gather information on hours worked for each employee
10- Process taxes and payment of employee benefits
11- Keep track of hour rates, wages, compensation benefit rates, new hire information etc.
12- Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses etc.
– Requirements:
1- 1-2 years in of Experience in e-commerce
2- fluent English
3- good in Microsoft office
4- Excellent Presentation and Communication Skills.
5- preferred background in shipping
6- Proven work experience as a Payroll Specialist , Payroll Clerk or similar role
7- Strong math skills with an ability to spot numerical errors
Good knowledge of labor legislation
8- Time-management skills
9- Ability to handle confidential information BSc in Accounting, HR or relevant field
– medical and social insurance after 3 month
– Location : October- We have transportation
– Job Type : Full Time
– Off days : Friday
