“Operations Advisor” is required for a reputable Business Process Outsourcing company located in Heliopolis,
Fixed shift: from 12:00 Pm till 09:00 Pm
Fixed Days off: Saturday and sunday
Job description:
– Manage day-to-day operations for our insurance client.
– Ensure the timely and accurate completion of data entry, data processing, updating client’s systems, reconciliations, data validation, sending e-mails, and other administrative tasks.
– Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
– Communicate with clients and customers via phone, email, or other channels as required.
– Coordinate with other departments within the organization to ensure the smooth functioning of the business.
– Provide support to other departments within the organization as required.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
– 1 year of experience in Admin work or a Back office.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
– Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
– Fluency in English and Arabic is a Must.
