“Office Manager” is required for an international Transportation, Logistics, and Supply Chain company in New Cairo.
Responsibilities:
•Follow up all project documents cycle start from the beginning of the project to the end.
• Review distribution of drawings to all relevant staff/sections via Document Controller under the internal document distribution system.
• Assists Technical Office Manager in presentations/letters to the customer/company management.
• Responsible for file validation and document controlling. Before submitting a document or a file it must first be checked to be completed in copies, signed and stamped with proper stamp (IN-OUT).
• Creating and submitting regularly updated logs including all project documents in the standard forms such as material submittal log, shop drawing submittal log, Inspection request log…. etc.
• Ensuring that all Original approved and important documents filed in the company and the copies distributed among all project stakeholders to be updated and canceling the old revisions.
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in business or any relevant field.
•Minimum 10 years of experience as Executive Secretary.
• Experience in the construction field is a must.
•Excellent in English is a must.
• Excellent Computer skills.
