𝑹𝒆𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔:
– Bachelor Degree from a reputable university.
– Minimum 5 years of experience as an Office Manager in a #Construction company.
– Excellent command of English language.
– Excellent communication skills.
– Well organized, attention to details, and can handle stress and work pressure.
𝑱𝒐𝒃 𝑫𝒆𝒔𝒄𝒓𝒊𝒑𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏:
– Follow up on tasks with other departments or external parties and provide what’s needed according to the deadline set for it.
– Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to Director.
– Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings.
– Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems.
– Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
– Make travel arrangements for Director.
– Attend meetings in order to record minutes when needed.
– Manage and maintain Director’s schedules.
– Archive all documentations for future use, marked and organized.
– Follow up on tasks with other departments or external parties and provide what’s needed according to the deadline set for it.
