“Office Manager “is required for a reputable real estate company located in Nasr city.
Responsibilities:
· Handle and ensure proper execution of all correspondence of the Chairman and Managing Director
· Arrange for Board Meetings and General Assembly and carry out all duties of the Secretary of the Board
· Take minutes of meetings and ensure proper distribution of copies to participants.
· Arrange appointments and make required reservations for the Chairman and Managing Director
· Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers.
· Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any relevant certificate.
· From 3-5 years of experience as an office manager
· Very good Command of English in both written and spoken.
· Proficiency in MS Office & Computer systems
