“Office coordinator” is needed in Multinational Company,
-Field: Citizenship by investment,
-Location: New Cairo.
Package up to 15k Monthly.
-Job description:
-Send welcoming email to our clients and provide them with all relevant documentation, relevant information, and resources
• Supervising the completion of documentation and assisting clients with the completion of paperwork to ensure delivery of a complete file to the processing department in Amman
• Scanning all documents to keep a backup record
• Submitting documents on behalf of clients in one email to the processing department in
Amman to avoid confusion and delay
• Responsible for receiving clients’ passports via DHL from Amman office and responsible
for signing a clearance document upon receipt
• Regular follow up with the clients is required to gather all needed documents in time
Coordinator is responsible to collect clients’ signatures on all necessary documents
-Qualifications:
• bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• previous experience in customer relations or a related role.
• Proficiency in MS Office & Computer systems
• Proficiency in English language
• Excellent communication skills
