“OD Team Lead” is required in a Multinational equipment importation Company
Job location: Cairo
Job requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree from a relevant major.
-8 to 10 years of experience in OD is a must.
-HR Certification is highly preferable.
-Excellent command of English language (written & spoken)
-Excellent Computer Skills (MS Office Package)
-Reporting & analyzing skills
-Excellent Communication Skills
-Teamwork & positive attitude
Job description:
-Ensuring Organizational development through HR Activities.
-Creates and updates Organization Charts and reflects any changes occurred such as (New Hires, Promotions, Transfers, rotations, and Resignations) and sharing with the concerned department managers.
-Creates & updates job analysis to identify job descriptions & job specifications.
-Responsible of Staff Career Development.
-Assisting in Performance Management System implementation & follow ups.
-Conducting periodical reports and insights.
-Preparing monthly/ periodically requested reports, comparative and anal ical reports.
