1-Develop career path, succession plans, and retention programs for key talents.
2-Formulate Company policies, procedures.
3-Design Organization Structure.
4-Create competency framework.
5-Develop yearly Manpower & Workforce Planning.
6-Conduct the job analysis process in order to Create Job profile including job description.
7-Monitor and update the company manpower & Org. Charts transactions.
8-Analyze the workflow within the function structure to eliminate overlapping.
9-Support in formulating Grading/ Salary structures.
10-Set the Learning & Development budget vs. the gap Analysis and Performance Management output
11-Design IDP for each employee
12-Formulate and implement performance management plans to improve company objectives.
*BSc degree of any discipline.
*2-3 years of experience (In OD function).
*HR Diploma is a must.
*Giza residence is highly preferred.
*Max 28 years old.
