Duties and responsibilities :
– Create and Develop an Organizational Chart, Functions, and Job Descriptions for the whole organizition.
– Implement a new performance management system that is more effective and aligned with the organization goals.
– Improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
– Develop and implement a leadership development program.
– Create a more inclusive and diverse workplace.
– Create a culture of innovation and collaboration.
– Identify and assess the training needs of the whole organization Team Development “TNA”.
Job specifications :
– Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Business Management, or any related field.
– Minimum 7 years in the same field.
– MBA holder is an addition.
– Experience of achieving outcome through the application of OD interventions.
– Proven ability to influence behavioural change through the design and application of OD interventions.
– Excellence in service delivery including the ability to manage directorate relationships.
– Embedded communication ability both upward and downwards within an organisation and externally to improve service delivery.
– Experience of managing a working in a HR department in a customer focused organization, proactively facilitating and leading change.
– English proficiency is a must.
