A leading Electronic Retail Company based in New Cairo is seeking a highly skilled OD Manager to join its team in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify competitive compensation and benefits packages, ensuring employee satisfaction and retention.
Grading System Development: Establish a comprehensive grading system aligned with all organisational levels, fostering clear career development paths for employees.
Compensation & Benefits Programs: Design and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
Promotion and Salary Increase Management: Oversee and evaluate salary increase and promotion requests to ensure alignment with organisational policies.
Budget Control & Annual Increase Management: Manage budgeting processes and annual increase strategies to support financial planning and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in Organisational Development or HR Management, preferably in the retail sector.
Hands-on experience with SAP or similar HR management systems.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with proficiency in analytical tools.
Proven ability to design and implement effective HR policies and procedures.
Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
