Job Responsibilities :
– Answering merchants’ inquiries via Chat and Email. providing the right information.
– Answering or making outbound transactions to merchants to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
– Responding efficiently and accurately to merchants, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that customers feel supported and valued.
– Create tickets to handle merchants’ inquiries, requests, or complaints and follow up with them till resolving their issues
– Engaging in active listening with customers, confirming or clarifying information, and diffusing angry customers, as needed.
– Communicates with other departments to answer merchants’ inquiries, solve their problems, and fulfill their needs
– Building lasting relationships with merchants and other team members based on trust and reliability.
– Understanding and striving to meet or exceed metrics while providing excellent consistent merchant experience.
– Making sales or recommendations for services that may better suit merchant needs.
– Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
Academic Background & Professional Experience:
– 1 – 2 years of experience in Email and chat channels
Required Knowledge / Skills / Languages:
– English A1
– Typing speed 25+
– Typing accuracy: 98%
