MEP Project Manager
Job Responsibility:
Defining the project’s objectives, scope, roles and responsibilities.
Manage and modify any changes in the scope of the project, schedule or budget and approve them from the company’s management.
Follow-up archiving of project documents.
Follow-up to the work of the project’s technical office
Follow-up on project supplies
Follow-up warehouses and minimum inventory required for the project.
Control of subcontractors’ work and extracts
Ability to create effective and fast communication between all components of the project internally and externally.
Timely and sound decision-making
Ability to coordinate all disciplines (administrative and technical) which requires the proficiency of various engineering programs.
Job Requirements:
#Bachelor of Engineering from one of the accredited universities (Mechanical – Electrical departments)
# 20+ years of Experience in contracting work, including at least 7 years of project management in contracting companies.
#Experience in indoor (Electrical & HVAC & Plumping & Firefighting) and familiar with various systems (chillers & low current & Infrastructure …)
