Mall Manager

Kasrawy Group for Automotive is hiring for the following Positions:
Mall Manager
(Malls Management Experience is Must)
Location: Sheikh Zayed City

#Main Responsibilities:
-Provide leadership and direction to mall staff and tenants
-Develop and implement mall marketing and sales strategies
-Ensure the mall is maintained in a clean, safe and attractive manner
-Manage mall budget and financial performance
-Maintain positive relationships with mall tenants and community stakeholders
-Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure smooth mall operations
-Oversee the leasing process and maintain occupancy levels
-Provide exceptional customer service to mall patrons and tenants
-Analyze mall sales and traffic data to make informed business decisions
-Attend and participate in community events to promote the mall

#Job Qualifications:
– B.Sc. of business management or related field
– Experience: 12-15 Years of experience
