Local Content Development Engineer – CKD Sector
Job Description:
1. Prepare commodity packages for localization including 2D, 3D dwgs., technical & assembly requirements, and validation & testing plans.
2. Collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders in part development process and production part approval process to ensure delivery of quality products similar or better performance than imported parts.
3. Implement localization plan according to budget, time and local percentage requirements.
4. Analyses issues and identifies problem root causes, follows through implementation of containment plan and prevention.
5. Maintain lessons learned log by commodity for continuous improvement.
Test the initial samples for local parts.
6. Follow up testing for trial batch.
7. Provide technical support and guidance to suppliers& Conduct suppliers visit and audit.
8. Manage suppliers improvement activities.
9. Lead suppliers in problem solving and consensus building to mitigate risks.
Job Requirements:
BSc. of Engineering (Mechanical- Industrial)
3-5 Years of Experience – Automotive Industry is preferred.
Excellent knowledge in technical analysis.
Excellent Communication skills.
Location: 6th of October/Industrial Zone.
