Fawry Microfinance is hiring a “Learning and Development Manager” to oversees the growth and development of FMF employees, and play a crucial role in developing the talents of employees to their full potential by focusing on individual and organizational needs, to help the company attain its strategic objectives
Requirements
– University Degree, Bachelor of human resource management, Business administration, or related field.
– 8+ years of experience in training and development and at least 3 years managing training and development unit
– Proven experience in designing and implementing employee development programs
– Proven experience in designing multiple training events in a corporate setting is a must
– Fluency in both spoken & written English is required.
– Pro- active and result oriented personality (results based on specific efficiency and productivity KPIs within predefined time frames)
– Advanced knowledge of MS Office and learning management system (LMS)
– Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
– Developing and Supporting the Team (Actively improves others’ skills, cooperate effectively, diplomatic conflict handler).
– Excellent time management, and project management skills
