Job location: Cairo
Job requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree from a relevant major.
-5 to 7 years of experience
-HR Certification is highly preferable.
-Excellent command of English language (written & spoken)
-Excellent Computer Skills (MS Office Package)
-Reporting & analyzing skills
-Excellent Communication Skills
-Teamwork & positive attitude
Job description:
-Create and execute learning strategies and programs
-Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
-Implement various learning methods company wide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
-Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops, and other trainings.
-Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
-Conducting periodical reports and insights.
-Preparing monthly/ periodically requested reports, comparative and anal ical reports.
