Job Description:
Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
Seek out new opportunities and expands and enhance existing opportunities to build and manage the pipeline in the enterprise Segment.
Generate prospects through Lead qualification and follow-up, fostering referrals, and cold calling.
Requirements:
2+ years of proven work experience as a Key Account Manager, and Enterprise Sales.
Fluent in English (Speaking and writing).
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
Solid experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel), and Powerpoint.
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
