As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing key client accounts, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with our customers. This role requires a strong understanding of the financial technology industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record in sales and account management.
🌍 Location: Cairo, Egypt (On-site)
🔑 Key Qualifications:
1. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
2. Understand clients’ business needs, goals, and challenges, and provide tailored solutions that align with our products and services.
3. Conduct regular account reviews to assess client satisfaction, identify opportunities for growth, and ensure customer success.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
5. Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals by identifying and pursuing upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
6. Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize client retention and expansion.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
8. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management, highlighting key metrics and accomplishments.
