We’re Hiring ” Key Account Manager ” For Speedaf Express Company .
Requirements :
-Handle a number of Clients that Assigned to KA Manager.
-Manage and Follow Clients after processing .
-Track shipments on the system.
-Follow-up with Hubs to close Shipments.
-Make Monthly Volume Report.
-Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions based on client needs and goals.
-Prepare reports on Client’s account status.
– Prepare requested reports to Clients on time.
-Send collection sheets to Clients once received.
– Follow up on Clients special requests.
– Finish daily Audit Sheet calls on time.
-Connect Clients with Speedaf’s HUBs that received on Email, CRM and WhatsApp for any complaints or inquiries, on time .
-Make sure that Clients are up to date with all new process and shipments requirements .
– Extra mile support is appreciated .
