Job Title: IT Technical Support Specialist
Main job Duties:
-Providing technical assistance and support for incoming issues for operating systems (Windows Client – Windows Server)
-Firewall install & configuration & Management (Sophos Firewall)
-Server management (AD DC – DHCP – DNS – Network File Server)
-Management & Solve technical problems related to network (LAN, WLAN, WAN)
-Installing & Configure and troubleshoot printers and scanners (Xerox, HP, Canon, etc…)
-Installing & configuring new computers, new laptops, software and drives, projectors, and other equipment as needed.
-Resolving problems with networks and other computer systems
-Remotely accessing hardware or software for client to make changes and fix problems
-Maintaining and developing computers and laptops and providing them with the necessary pieces
-Solve problems with Avaya IP Phone
-Install and Troubleshooting CCTV camera
-Installing, configuration and solving problems with fingerprint devices
-Experience in office 365 support and maintenance
-BSc. In it computer science, or relevant field
-1-2 years of experience
Courses:
Must have :-
CCNA
MCSA
Sophos Firwall
