– IT Technical Support Engineer

– Work location: Beside Badr City (Site based)
Job Description:
• – Respond to all the IT Ticketing System
• – Install Computer Applications and Operating Systems
• – Troubleshoot and maintain all types of computer H/W
• – Support Users Email Access and troubleshooting
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
1 Bachelor’s degree in related field (Information Technology, Computer Engineering)
2 Knowledge of 𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐨𝐟𝐭 𝟑𝟔𝟓,
3 Microsoft Servers and Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA)
4 CCNA
5 ITIL Foundation
