IT Technical Support Engineer
(0-4 Years of Experience)

𝑱𝒐𝒃 𝑫𝒆𝒔𝒄𝒓𝒊𝒑𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏:
– Respond to all the IT Ticketing System
– Install Computer Applications and Operating Systems
– Troubleshoot and maintain all types of computer H/W
– Support Users Email Access and troubleshooting

𝑹𝒆𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔:
1 – Bachelor’s degree in related field (#Information_Technology, #Computer_Engineering) from a reputable university.
2 – Knowledge of 𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐨𝐟𝐭 𝟑𝟔𝟓,
3 – Microsoft Servers and Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA)
4 – CCNA
5 – ITIL Foundation
