“Information Technology Supervisor”

Responsibilities:
-Installs, supports, and maintains the hardware and software infrastructure.
-Undertakes routine preventative measures and implements, maintains, and monitors network and system security.
-Responds to escalated help desk issues and user needs and requirements.
-Sets up user accounts, permissions, passwords, and all network and system security-related issues.
-Manages email, anti-spam, and virus protection.
-Suggests and provides IT solutions for business and management problems, especially for network connections.
-Responsible for troubleshooting and solving complex technical issues in hardware, servers, software, and network equipment related to network routing, switching, security, VPN tunnels, wireless, and firewall management.
-Analyzes and resolves all IT-related faults, ranging from a forgotten password to a major network and system crash.
-Ensures all backup and restore procedures are processed and documented.
-Ensures the most cost-effective and efficient use of servers.
-Ensures that all IT equipment complies with industry and company standards, policies, and procedures.
-Communicates with suppliers and other external business partners.
-Strictly complies with all company standards, policies, and procedures.
-Responsible for all other activities according to the company’s needs and requests.
-Designs and drafts IT policies and operations, manages the year’s budget, and helps design the year’s business plan.

Requirements:
-Bachelor of Computer science or related degree is a mandatory.
-Solid experience in #SAP system.
-Excellent command of the English language.
-Minimum 5-8 years of hands-on experience in a large organization.
-Microsoft windows server infrastructure & VMware
-Microsoft active directory domain services & infrastructure.
-Microsoft SQL database administration.
-Microsoft Online SharePoint Server.
-Cisco IOS Software.
-FortiGate UTM firewall and VPN Security.
-IT security advanced level. -Advanced troubleshooting and evaluation of IT products.
-Core Networking routers, switches, and access points (Indoor and Outdoor). -Excellent communication skills.
-Strong interpersonal skills.
-Team working skills.
-Only Egyptians.

-Work location: New Cairo.
