Work location : 5th settlement – Head office
Job Responsibilities:
* providing technical support and assistance and interact with users by phone or in-person to resolve their computer problems related to software and hardware.
* administrate cloud-based Office 365 platform, primarily OneDrive, Teams, MS Office in addition to Google platforms and Slack .
* Manage Active Directory (AD) accounts.
* Apply existing and assist with development and documentation of IT policy and procedure, specifically those associated with Service Desk Process & Procedure.
* Maintain DC offices’ small equipment inventory and assist with on-prem hardware and software.
* Maintain conference room audio/visual system and related equipment.
* Troubleshoot / Repair / Upgrade desktop and laptop computers.
* Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
* Logging all issues on service desk.
