“IT Helpdesk “is required for international government and diplomatic services company for the below branches.

Job location: Giza/Alex/Port said /Minya

Responsibilities:
• Developing IT strategies that align with the overall business objectives of the organization.
• Must be responsible for the technical support, maintenance, and administration of an organization’s IT systems.
• Providing technical assistance to end-users and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Ensuring that IT systems and data are protected against unauthorized access, theft, or loss. This includes implementing security controls, such as firewalls, antivirus software, and access controls, and monitoring for security threats and incidents.
• Developing and maintaining custom software applications to meet the organization’s needs.
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including user manuals, system configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
• Providing training and support to end-users to help them use IT systems effectively and efficiently.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience Windows / Application / CCNA.
• Excellent command of English language. (Writing and speaking).
