#IT Help Desk with the below requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
· 1-3 Proven years of experience as an IT help desk or other customer support role.
· Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
· Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
. Hospitality Experience is a must.
