Qsource Outsourcing is hiring an IT Help Desk for a well-known company working in the food & Beverage located in Alexandria.
Qualification:
– Graduated from Computer Science or Relevant.
– Experience: 1 to 2y.
– English: Good to Very. Good
– Prefer from Alexandria
Working Hours:
*First 6-months as a Night shift from 4PM to 12AM and the Next 6-months Morning shift from 8AM to 4PM.*
2 Days off.
Annual agreement.
Job Description:
– Act as a first line support for IT.
– Create and monitor (Follow up and engage) tickets on service desk portal.
-Basic understanding and troubleshooting for Windows 10 and -Microsoft office 2013 and 2016.
-Hardware troubleshooting computers, printers, and IP Phone.
-Reporting to service desk supervisor.
-Provision of telephone, desk side, and remote support.
-Excellent communication skills and appearance.
