“IT Help desk” is required in a Multinational Heavy Equipment Company
· Job located in 10th of Ramadan
· Number of hiring: 2
· Working hours: 2 shifts (8:00 PM to 04:00 AM – 12:00 AM to 08:00 AM) – 8 hours per day.
· Days off: 1 day
Responsibilities:
· Monitor CCTV and security systems, identifying and investigating security incidents, and escalating issues as necessary.
· Ensure that the organization branches’ CCTV and security systems are up to date with the latest patches and software updates.
· Collaborate with other IT team members to solve complex CCTV and security issues.
· Create and maintain documentation for technical procedures, instructions, and user guides for CCTV and security systems.
· Manage user accounts and permissions in various CCTV and security systems.
· Perform regular CCTV and security system maintenance, including camera placement and configuration.
· Respond to CCTV and security-related incidents and assist with incident response investigations.
· Provide excellent customer service and support.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
· Fluent In English is A MUST
· 0-1 year of experience as an IT Help Desk – CCTV and Security Specialist or similar role is a plus
· Experience with CCTV and security systems and technologies
Familiarity with network protocols and configurations
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users
· Certifications in CCTV and security systems, such as Axis Communications, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or similar preferred.
