“IT Customer Support Specialist”, for Fresh Graduates or with 1 year of experience
responsible for providing on time technical application support and problem solving during all operational hours to ensure healthy environment to the company’s sustems and uninterrupted smooth business operations.

“IT Service Desk Specialist”, for Fresh Graduates or with 1 year of experience.
Responsible for acting as a central point for e& employees to request assistance on various Information Technology issues and to aim fixing them and restore normal operations as soon as possible.
