ATA Architects International is Hiring #HR Supervisor:
◼ Responsibilities:
· Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
· Oversee recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent.
· Facilitate employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
· Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
· Design and administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
· Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
· Foster employee engagement, motivation, and retention.
· Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
· Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
◼ Qualifications:
· From 12 years of experience in all HR functions.
· Proven experience as an HR Supervisor or similar role.
· Preferable experience in the field of engineering consultations.
· In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and procedures.
· HR-related certificates (e.g., PHR, SPHR, etc.).
· Fluent English is a must.
· Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
· Aptitude in problem-solving.
· Strong Planning and organizing skills.
· Excellent leadership skills & Communication skills.
· High level of confidentiality and integrity.
