HR Specialist is needed to be hired in a Media Production company in 6th of October City
Job Duties:
– Assist with all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
– Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees’ records.
– Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, 4-performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
– Assist with performance management procedures
– Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas
– Coordinate training sessions and seminars
– Perform orientations and update records of new staff
– Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
– Assist with payroll and ad-hoc HR projects.
– Support other assigned functions
– Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices
– Coordination of the internal recruitment process and transfers within the organization
– Follow up job applications and evaluate candidates
15-Update existing financial models to support organizational decision-making
– Preparing the company’s organizational chart and renewing it monthly
– Recruiting and Headhunting
– Responsible for the recruitment process from A to Z
– Responsible for the Organization Chart for the Company
Qualifications:
– Bachelor degree is a must (Faculty of commerce is preferred)
– 3:4 Years of experience
– Media background is preferred
