About the Internship
· Post job ads on professional sites, job sites, and social media.
· Participate in candidate sourcing efforts.
· Assist with the HR Recruiter in screening & Categories resumes.
· Conduct initial phone screens.
· Schedule calls and interviews.
· Arrange interviews for the candidates.
· Communicate with candidates promptly and assist them when they come in for interviews
Internship HR Requirements
· HR certificate in recruitment is a Must
· Prior Knowledge in HR especially Recruitment
· Excellent Command of Spoken and Written English language
· Familiarity with the entire recruitment life cycle.
· Attention to details.
· Ability to meet deadlines.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Ability to juggle multiple tasks.
· Problem-solving aptitude.
· Critical-thinking skills.
