“HR Personnel Specialist” is required for an international glass manufacturing company located in Fayoum.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all Personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as labor office, social insurance authorities.
• Handling all Hiring process, social insurance form 1,2,6.
• Maintain employee’s time off records and requests.
• Process employee’s queries and respond in a timely manner.
• organize and maintain employee’s files and insure fully meeting the requirements and up to date. (hard copies and on the system)
• Dealing with all cases of work injuries and taking the necessary measures & actions.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related filed
• From 1–3 years of experience in HR personnel function
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Excellent in MS Excel
