we are looking for an HR payroll specialist
Responsible for the below :
1- collecting all the needed data for the monthly payroll including Overtime, and Loans, if any.
2- Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
3- Updates payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, job title, and department/division transfers.
4- Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
5- Ensure payroll records meets exact taxation and labor law compliance standards.
6- Maintains employee confidence by keeping information confidential.
7- Process and monitor all staffing changes including new hires, transfers, leavers, and other amendments to salaries and employee data in compliance with policy and payroll requirements.
8- Make all final settlements to all leavers and separate their payments in the payroll sheet.
9- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues or concerns.
Handling bank account openings for new hires
Job Requirements
1- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required.
2- 2 to 3 years of related experience required in payroll functions.
3- Extensive knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes.
4- V.good organizational skills and attention to detail.
5- V. Good with Microsoft Office and related payroll software.
