HR Manager is needed to be hired in a well-known furniture manufacturing company in the 6th of October
Job duties:
– supervise all the personnel systems and processes
– support in creating onboarding plans, HR policies, and internal procedures & regulations, and ensure communication and the necessary awareness
– create a positive work environment and employee engagement
– establish and manage internal employee processes such as grievance and disciplinary procedures to support both employees and management.
– maintain workplace health and safety compliance
– manage payroll processing and ensure that payment is processed accurately on time
– support in preparing the annual budget plan for the factory
– manage, assess and develop the HR team in the Plant to always ensure effective performance and contribution
– support in developing the Factory salary structures and prepare proposals for changes in the compensation and benefits packages
– coordinate with the CEO on manpower planning for the Factory
– define the L&D and training needs of the employees based on the PMS results and develop the learning calendar in line with the organizational objectives and administer effectiveness evaluation
– gather and assess feedback from all levels in the factory regarding concerns, areas of improvement, successes, and highlights by conducting employee satisfaction surveys continuously
Qualifications:
– Min. 5 years of experience (Background in manufacturing)
– V. Good English language
– A degree in HR is certainly preferred
– Solid experience in ERP systems (ODO or equivalent)
– Solid Excel sheet experience
– Able to generate reports (from ERP), therefore, able to input valid data
– Transform culture, train and motivate the team to be able to expand/grow the business on a global scale
