HR Manager is needed to be hired in a well-known manufacturing company in Borg El- Arab, Alexandria
Job description:
-Developing strategic solutions to meet workforce demands and labor force trends
-Developing qualification profiles and personnel recruitment actions together with managers as well as planning and performing personnel requirement
-Preparing monthly/periodical HR reports in accordance with local and European requirements
-Reporting HR indicators and activities follow-up in Operations Meetings: follow-up the main indicators as headcount, absenteeism, overtime and turnover
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree &Certification in HR (HR Diploma) or others / or MBA Degree is a Plus.
– Minimum 10 years of practical experience in HRM (Industry/Manufacturing experience)
-Experience in international manufacturing companies; managing 1000+ personnel; knowledge in shifts type of working.
-Project and change management knowledge and ability to communicate with and influence stakeholders across different levels in the organization
