“HR Manager” is required for an International Construction Company, Job location is in Heliopolis.
Job Description
-Draw up continuous strategies and implement a program for evaluating
performance Identify and measure organizational KPIs/OKRs for the People Division.
– Help develop the culture, which will include a process to draft
manifestos/policies in place.
– Help develop a connected environment that enhances the harmony and cohesiveness between staff in different offices and remote employees.
– Manage and grow the People Division.
– Work to build a global compensation framework.
– Manage recruiting and on boarding to employee retention and off boarding.
– Help manage the career paths and allow for alternative career tracks for highly specialised engineers.
– Develop programs for employee rotation, succession planning, etc.
-help to achieve company-wide consistency in compensation, bonuses, promotions, raises, refreshes, leadership development.
Job Requirements
-12+ years of experience.
-Hold a relevant degree or equivalent practical experience with proof of HR related qualifications and experience in best practice.
– Significant experience of leading organizations, senior managers, and teams through organizational change driving a performance culture and developing high performing leaders, employees, and teams.
