Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with hiring managers to drive talent acquisition strategies.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from job postings to conducting innovative interviews.
• Implement creative approaches to attract top-tier talent in the competitive software industry.
• Administer competitive compensation and benefits programs.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies.
• Ensure policies align with industry best practices and support organizational objectives.
• Utilize data analysis to provide insights into HR metrics, including time to hire and employee turnover rates.
• Ensure compliance with relevant employment and labor laws in the software industry.
• Set and monitor employee Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) based on job descriptions.
• Coordinate and organize quarterly and annual performance reviews.
Job Requirements:
• 3-4 experience as an HR Generalist.
• Emphasize familiarity with HR software/tools relevant to the software industry.
• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
• Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Aptitude in problem-solving.
• Desire to work as a team with a result-driven approach.
