Location: Nasr City, Abbas Al Akkad St
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Coordinator at LINRCO-Egypt located in Cairo, Egypt. The Personnel & Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for a range of HR and employee relations tasks, benefits administration, HR policies, and resolving employee issues.
Qualifications
HR Management, Human Resources (HR), and Employee Relations skills
Knowledge of local labor laws
Benefits Administration and HR Policies skills
1-4 years of Experience in Human Resources
Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience working in a diverse and inclusive work environment is a plus
Very in English is required
Very good in Microsoft Office
