“ HR Business Partner ” is required for an International Construction Company, Job location is in Heliopolis.
Job Description:
-Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
-Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department
-Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
-Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
-Provide HR policy guidance
-Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
-Identify training needs for teams and individuals
-Evaluate training programs
-Suggest new HR strategies-Create and execute learning strategies and programs
-Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
-Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g.coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
Job Requirements
-+7 years of experience.
-Hold a relevant degree or equivalent practical experience with proof of HR related qualifications and experience in best practice.
