SuperPay by e& is currently looking for talented HR Analyst to join our People and Culture Department.
The ideal caliber will be responsible for generating reports and dashboards to track HR matrices and providing data driven recommendation to support the strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree Business Administration, Human Resources, Management or any other related field
– 1-2 years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or related field
– Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Python
– Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets
– Strong understanding of Human Resources practices
– Professional command of the English Language
