Job Description
• Responsible for communicating with current and new customer accounts regarding various topics including product updates, changes to product and Brands.
• Maintain fruitful relationships with current clients and prospects for new clients.
• Create a continuous dialogue with upper management on the views/feedback and suggestions of product, marketing, features, etc.
• Provide customer’s feedback on product to Marketing for future modifications and enhancements in service and products.
• Provide reports to the direct manager.
• Keen to get the full knowledge and information of the products.
• Deliver full knowledge about the products to the clients.
• Upload the required orders to the system.
• Follow up the collection if needed.
• Follow up the delivery of order.
• Make sure of the customer satisfaction and solve any problem that may face the client.
• Achieve daily visits to the customers to fit customer’s orders requirements.
• Always represent our corporate in a positive, professional manner.
• Attend various trade shows, seminars, conferences to promote and future products.
Job Requirements
• Required minimum of 2+ years in HORECA (Especially Sushi Restaurants).
• Females are preferable.
• FOOD & BEVERAGE knowledge is a must.
• Excellent Microsoft office skills is a must especially Microsoft Excel .
• Very good English language.
• Outstanding verbal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Should own a Car.
• Preferable To be resident in the territory of Nasr City or Heliopolis.
