GM Admin Assistant
– Manage and maintain GM schedule.
– Make travel arrangements for GM.
– Prepare reports, memos, letters, statements, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
– Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages.
– BSc degree in Administration
– 2 to 5 Years of related experience
– Excellent Computer skills
– Excellent English knowledge
