General Accountant – Cairo

“General Accountant” is required for a multinational pharmaceutical Company in New Cairo.

Responsibilities:
-Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expense entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
-Maintains and balances accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies
-Maintains general ledger
-Prepare the standard budgets for accounts including G&A, Employee cost, and regulatory and review all activities versus budget and prepare variance analysis
-Handling accounts payables and secure payables aging as per the guidelines
-Getting confirmation from key service providers and customers on closing balance on a bi-annual basis.

Requirements:
·Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
·1-3 years’ accounting experience.
· Strong knowledge of accounting procedures.
· Fluent in English is a must.
