Alsafy Group is currently hiring front desk officer
Location:
5th settlement, New Cairo
Main Responsibilities:
*Manage Front Desk and coordinate front-desk activities.
*Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers.
*Provide support to managers and employees.
*Manage and distribute information within the office.
*Register Meetings and appointments.
*Responsible for Meeting room reservations.
*Ensure reception area is tidy, presentable, and functional, with all necessary stationery,
*material and equipment maintenance.
*Answer phone calls and transfer to designated recipient.
*Handle minor tasks related to HR department.
*Receive, greet, and escort visitors.
*Provide general support to visitors.
*Liaise with staff and other administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from
senior managers.
*Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
Requirements:
*Pleasant personality.
*Strong written and verbal communication skills.
*Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers an machines.
*Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Excellent time management skills.
*Ability to prioritize work. Attention to detail.
*Problem-solving skills. Strong organizational skills.
*Ability to multi-task.
*Be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective streamlining office operations.
*Ability to work independently with minimum supervision Experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant.
