Finance Manager
Location: Mohandseen, Giza
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Prepare annual budgets and forecasts and modeling tools from zero-based budget & oversee and manage the continued development of budgeting and financial forecasting & rolling forecasts.
• Reviewing existing processes and procedures to develop recommendations for improvement efforts
• Analysis of product mix profitability & contribution.
• Communicating results and recommendations to senior management for improvements that will lead to cost reduction & revenue generation.
• Control Sub Distributor ROI, Trade Spend & Distributor Activates.
• Monitoring Stock Control & Cost allocation as per standard cost & handle manufacturing overhead control account. (Over-applied & Under-applied account)
• Takes full responsibility for the financial management of the Pricing & Trade Allowances for all brands and customer accounts.
• Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of variances.
• Control fixed cost allocation to ensure the profitability of products (overhead Expenses & Other Expenses).
• Manage Working Capital & Cash conversion cycle.
• Frequently create & performing analytical assessments of different streams of businesses to check on the profitability and other relevant KPIs to assess business health.
• Develop, Coach, Mentor, Motivate and energize an active team of highly productive employees
(Planning, Pricing & Costing team).
• Implement ERP system.
