Kasrawy group for Automotive is looking for the following position:
Finance Manager
Responsibilities:
-Manage and supervise all Specialists and other staff within the financial department in performing their delegated tasks, delegate work and ensure all team members are effectively utilized and that the quality and accuracy of their work is maximized.
-Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions.
-Ensure that the performance of various assigned tasks, and the conduct of staff are in accordance with the financial policies and procedures as described in their job description.
-Provide and interpret financial information to consolidate accurate financial reports.
-Reviews, investigates, and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports, spot anomalies and deal with them as they arise.
-Review financial statements and reports to be presented to the board and to the Director of Finance & CFO as well as the auditors and ensure they are accurate and complete.
-Assure compliance with federal, state, local and corporate policies, regulations and laws, act as the first line of review for all accounting practices.
-Keep up to date with all changes in generally accepted accounting policies.
-Developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk primarily by ensuring compliance with all policies and processes currently in place.
-Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities, working in partnership with the business to try and implement saving strategies identified.
-Manage financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
-Analyses and interprets financial data and recommends changes to improve systems and financial performance.
-Liaising with auditors to ensure periodic monitoring is carried out – provide full support and all required material assistance to the auditors in the development of their audit report.
-Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts auditors, consultants, etc…
-Ensure that all tax returns, tax declarations, and other required reports are submitted accurately and on time.
Job Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
-Proven experience as a Financial Manager
-Experience in the financial sector with previous possible roles such as financial analyst.
-Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns.
-Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
-Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used.
-A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.
-Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus.
