We need to hire Fashion – Brand marketing manager, for one of our clients specialized in Fashion Industry, with the following responsibilities and qualifications:

Responsibilities for fashion marketing manager

• Manage relationships with business partners within the Retail organization to ensure alignment on goals and visibility into Marketing’s impact

• Create and scale innovative affiliates initiatives for Fashion across different segments (Content & Blog, Deal, and Coupon sites, Ad networks, influencers, price comparison shopping engines)

• Identify, recruit and manage associates accounts related to Fashion

• Support the Fashion category team by pitching/launching/optimizing vendor/seller-funded campaigns

• Identify trends and new technology in mobile, influencer partnerships and customer engagement to help us stay ahead of the curve

• Design structured campaign tests, define success criteria, manage to budgets, and analyze results

• Track, measure, and report on channel results, reporting weekly, monthly and quarterly KPIs and translating analytical findings into actionable insights and concise business actions and recommendations

• Own business critical cross-channel reporting needs and assist other channel managers in doing analytical deep dives for Fashion when appropriate

• Communicating performance and status to senior business stakeholders in weekly business reviews

• Author creative briefs and execution plans for home page stories to drive creative development.

• Develop a deep understanding of consumer habits in fashion (online and offline) and act as an internal advocate for innovative solutions and marketing campaigns that will acquire and retain the best customers

• Obtain deep category knowledge to help drive category growth at scale and influence marketing-adjacent decisions (pricing, product launches, merchandising, assortment, curation, packaging, design).

• Improving catalog quality by working with key stakeholder groups and brands

• Work with brands to develop and set up key marketing campaigns

• Identify and implement marketing plans to test key customer behaviours hypotheses

• Assist with asset creation, including liaising with creative teams and interpreting Style Guides

• Maintain a balance between commercial, customer and editorial requirements.

Qualifications for fashion marketing manager

• Possess a deep understanding of all traffic-driving mechanisms (Search, Affiliates, Email, SEO ) and actively engaging in optimization of those channels for the business

• Work with cross functional teams including technology teams, to define, drive, and launch improvements to the shopping experience

• Develop, test, and execute aggressive multi-channel marketing plans to drive customer acquisition and authority

• Conduct in-depth analyses to determine program effectiveness and to continuously improving programs and site initiatives

• Develop the category’s editorial direction, style guidelines, merchandising calendar, promotions, and coop packages

• Understand and use merchandising and customer-facing metrics to guide decision making.

• Ideate and develop custom solutions in response to digital RFPs, collaborating with Sales, Ad Operations, Media Planning, and Project Management

• Attend client calls to talk through digital opportunities as needed

• Develop expertise at a category and client level, where relevant, and share knowledge and best practices across the larger marketing team.

Strong brand development and writing skills
Strong Communication skills
10 years relative experience.
